Edition I, 2024: Marrakech, November 15th-17th, 2024

A Kind of Jazz is an annual gathering of artists honoring jazz and the poetry of the next note. It brings together renowned artists from around the world to share and develop what jazz wants: freedom and the critical celebration of the moment. A Kind of Jazz combines music, arts, literature and pleasure to sound out cities around the world. 

The first edition of our strictly nomadic festival will be held on November 15-17th, 2024 in Marrakech, Morocco, bringing together artists from Morocco, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Germany, France, Norway and Turkey.

A Kind of Jazz  is conceived and hosted by Slow Rabbit, the playground of Yassine Balbzioui & Katharina Fink.
